| It's Been a While |

Okay, so i havent updated this place in like 5 months or so, but meh, its been a crazy go nuts 5 months, uber busy and crap like that...but i did manage to finally get the hang of using my Wacom tablet, it really took some getting used to the responsiveness and the pressure and mainly the fact that you're drawing in a normal way but look somewhere else (screen) you keep wanting to look at your hand like you do when you draw on paper, freaky man...

anyway, one of the succes pieces i drew, i uploaded the other day, i'm really proud of how it came out, i used a stroke and smudge technique i picked up in a tutorial to get the feathers looking a bit more realistic...i wanted more detail in the feathers of the neck and such but that was pushing it a bit
